Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance‑driven paid campaigns (search & paid social)
• Manage real budgets, test ideas, and make decisions directly in advertising platforms
• Help new audiences discover content and take meaningful first steps
• Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals
• Analyze performance data and market trends to inform near‑term optimizations and long‑term direction
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution by collaborating with creative, media, and analytics teams
• Analyze and report on campaign impact, using analytics to understand cross‑channel influence and downstream effects on engagement and revenue
• Identify opportunities to optimize performance and integration across channels; provide strategic recommendations on lead‑generation content and assets

Requirements

• Not an entry‑level position; 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience running live paid campaigns
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available

Skills

• Paid search and social advertising expertise
• PPC/SEM, performance marketing, conversion tracking, A/B testing
• Budget management across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok (plus)
• Strong Excel analytics and ability to tell data‑driven stories
• Proactive learner of new ad platforms and optimization strategies
• Collaborative mindset for end‑to‑end campaign creation
