About the role
Omni Lab is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who excels at blending paid search and paid social strategies. This role involves building and scaling paid media strategies for high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Marketing Executives and Founders of VC-backed B2B SaaS companies, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and pitch new strategies such as bidding approaches, creative and copy tests, audience segmentation, and campaign structures to stay ahead of competitors.
- Owning the entire optimization process: hypothesize, execute, measure, iterate, prioritizing speed and rigor over set-and-forget tactics.
- Manage daily communication with internal teams and external platform partners, including best practices, presentation decks, strategy plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Engage daily with search and social platforms to gather reporting, assess performance, and monitor trends across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and third-party tools.
- Proactively research and address campaign issues, formulating actionable solutions based on findings.
- Connect paid media performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes, beyond just platform-level metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media, with significant expertise in both paid search and paid social.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, demonstrating a track record of identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the paid media landscape and familiarity with digital marketing principles.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data from multiple platforms and presenting coherent stories for client meetings.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot for reporting and connecting spend to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a willingness to think creatively and challenge traditional campaign structures.
- Team player with adaptability to a fast-paced, small-team environment.
