Performance Management Contractor (UAT) - Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative professional to support Digital & Analytics testing efforts for the new Performance Management for TAM solution. This role will help ensure testing quality, readiness, and timely delivery of a key Talent technology initiative.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute multiple cycles of System Integration Testing (SIT), including test script execution, results documentation, defect logging, and retesting coordination.
• Support testing preparation activities such as tester allocation, scheduling, and readiness coordination.
• Partner with the D&A Manager and PMO to develop and maintain project collateral, including weekly status updates and milestone tracking for stakeholders and Talent leadership.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks or blockers early, and support issue resolution to keep work on track.
• Collaborate across technical, vendor, and business teams in a consultative, team-oriented manner.

Required Qualification

• 4+ years of experience in user acceptance testing, ideally within talent technology, HR systems, or related enterprise applications.
• Experience with ALM or similar test management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to tracking issues, results, and timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet concurrent deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
• An agile, adaptable mindset and a collaborative approach to delivery.

Pay and Schedule

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $50-$60 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
