Performance Management Analyst
This position is located at 1416 9th Street, Floor 13, Sacramento, CA 95814. The incumbent works in an air-conditioned, high-rise office building with natural and artificial lighting, and in a cubicle in close proximity to others. A hybrid work schedule consistent with the department’s telework policy is offered.
About the role
The Analyst I provides consultative services to Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) managers and supervisors on preventive and corrective levels of performance management, performs a variety of analytical assignments on performance management, and develops and delivers performance management training for supervisors and managers.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultative services to DIR managers and supervisors on preventive and corrective performance-management practices.
- Perform analytical assignments related to performance management.
- Develop and deliver training programs for supervisors and managers on performance management.
