Performance Instructor

About the role

The Performance Instructor (PI) is a DC Operations Team Member position designed to be the primary department trainer. This includes new hire training, best methods/job function training, equipment training, and other duties as assigned by the AOM and department Coach. When not performing as a PI, the Team Member will perform normal on-standard functions or participate in assigned special projects under the direction of DC leadership.

Responsibilities

• Teach others and maintain a culture of safety among Team Members to achieve a safe working environment.
• Perform new hire training, best methods/job function training, and equipment training.
• Participate in assigned special projects under the direction of DC leadership.
• Eligible for the Performance Team Member Bonus when performing normal on-standard functions.

Requirements

• Ability to teach others and maintain a culture of safety.
• Knowledge of departmental job functions and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role or field.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Pay

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

Schedule

Hours are typically Monday through Saturday, with some flexibility based on department needs.
