Responsibilities

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in TechSIGINT / SIGINT operations.
• Develop and deliver courses in operations-related topics such as Curriculum Development, Course Delivery, and Instruction.
• Apply adult learning principles, theories, and practices using a blended learning approach.
• Facilitate discussions and incorporate real-world experiences into the learning environment.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in TechSIGINT / SIGINT operations providing Subject Matter Expertise.
• 5 years' experience in a formal classroom setting in the following operations related topics: Curriculum Development, Course Delivery, and Instruction.
• Operational TechSIGINT ability.
• Desired: Instructor certification or designation (e.g., teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, or adjunct faculty certification).
• 5 years of experience in curriculum development and design.
• 5 years of experience providing TechSIGINT and/or SIGINT training to professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study; in lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required.

• Ability to apply adult learning principles, theories, and practices using a blended learning approach.
• Facilitation of discussions.
• Incorporation of real-world experiences into the learning environment.
