Performance Improvement Coordinator
About the role
Champion Process Excellence: Lead, organize, and streamline performance improvement programs and daily workflows to ensure our billing systems run with peak efficiency and precision. Solve Problems Collaboratively: Partner with multidisciplinary teams across the organization to tackle operational bottlenecks, drive cost-containment initiatives, and roll out new services and performance metrics. Implement Modern Tools & Methodologies: Research, source, and deploy innovative improvement frameworks, tools, and methodologies that modernize daily operations and drive continuous growth. Drive Regulatory Readiness & Compliance: Prepare, manage, and submit critical regulatory documentation to ensure full alignment with healthcare accreditation standards, state/federal regulations, and contract requirements. Empower & Train Clinical & Admin Teams: Deliver engaging on-site training, ongoing coaching, and actionable feedback to performance improvement teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Lean Green Six Sigma certification, or similar process improvement training required within 90 days of hire.
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
- Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Management preferred.
Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of hospital-based outpatient billing.
- Strong working knowledge of contracted vendor service agreements governing Billing Under Arrangement workflows.

$82,168.15 - $111,172.55 per year
