Performance Engineer II

Job Description

Under direct supervision from the Sr. Operations Performance Engineer, conducts studies to determine engineered labor standards. Evaluates efficient sequence of operations and work flow and recommends improvements to operational processes to maximize utilization of facilities and personnel. Implements Labor Management across operations. Performs site audits, reporting, and project management.

Works with operations team on projects that will increase efficiency and general warehouse operations.

Implements Labor Management (LM) and engineered labor standards in Consumer sites.

Conducts time studies and methods analyses to provide LMS maintenance support related to engineered standards.

Trains site management, supervisors, and super-users on usage of LMS to optimize operating potential.

Performs site audits to ensure compliance with system requirements and evaluate opportunities for improvement.

Identifies potential projects, assesses feasibility, and participates in implementing solutions.

Creates, maintains, and distributes weekly and monthly project documentation.

Facilitates monthly project reviews.

Works on databases, information technology, spreadsheets, and related information.

Required Education And Experience

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education required
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or transportation required
• 1+ year of time study, industrial engineering, operational analysis, or relevant experience desired

Pay

The Performance Engineer II role has a national salary range of $55,000 - $90,000. For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $90,000, Washington is $80,169 - $90,000, New York is 62,354 - $90,000 and Colorado 57,500 - $90,000.

Schedule

Shift: Core hours Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (shift may fluctuate based on LMS Support and training needs at times)
