Performance Enablement Intern

About the role

As a Performance Enablement Coordinator Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in global talent strategy, learning how a multinational organization aligns, evaluates, and grows its workforce. You will be embedded within a high-impact People Experience Center of Excellence, shaping how our global workforce collaborates, grows, and succeeds.

Responsibilities

• Support the logistics, rollout, and execution of our bi-annual global performance review process (GPS Sync).
• Train and enable global stakeholder groups on how to effectively navigate and leverage our HRIS tools.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with People Systems, Communications, and Business Partners for seamless program delivery.
• Update, maintain, and streamline internal resource frameworks and process documentation to keep talent frameworks accessible.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a closely related field. Strong foundational project management skills with the ability to track timelines and organize deliverables. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global, cross-functional teams. Proactive mindset with a desire to learn the operational intricacies of corporate talent management.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
