About the role

The Production Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth operation in the manufacturing facility. This includes monitoring production processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality control measures are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Resolve production issues promptly and document findings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
