About the role

The Performance Analyst is responsible for calculating and analyzing diverse performance and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate, verify, and reconcile performance returns by utilizing custodial data feeds and statements
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions in collaboration with money managers and custodians
  • Create and proactively execute client reporting structures
  • Collect portfolio characteristics for a variety of investments from outside sources
  • Partner with Investment Operations colleagues to provide accurate data for various client-related tasks
  • Respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support Investment Consultants

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with a preferred concentration in Finance or Economics
  • CIPM or CFA candidates are a plus
  • Internship experience or up to three (3) years of Investment Consulting or Financial Industry Experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and intermediate Excel knowledge is required
  • Previous CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, PARis, Canoe, and custodial portal experience is a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of capital markets, including domestic and foreign equity, fixed income, and alternative investments

Work Environment & Travel

  • This role may travel up to 5% of the time for training and/or business/events
  • Hybrid work model with three days in one of our professional office environments and two days remotely

Physical Job Expectations

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information
  • May need to move throughout the building to access different areas
  • Ability to move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
