Performance Agreements Manager
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned customer accounts and ensure service performance is carried out according to the agreement scope and customer satisfaction.
- Work with customer and Valmet organizations to improve customer’s performance and reliability of their equipment, processes, and personnel.
- Develop and implement life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs tailored to the customer’s needs and set targets.
- Support Customer’s Performance Agreement sales and delivery projects.
- Facilitate production line studies & audits to develop efficiency and generate improvement ideas.
- Cook up and introduce Valmet technology support to agreement customers.
Requirements
- Paper Industry experience: 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Must be willing to travel once every 6 weeks within North America.
