About the role

The Directorate General, Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA), established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024, is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for multiple contract-based positions across PERA Headquarters and District Enforcement & Regulatory Boards. Selected candidates will be offered appointments under the PERA (Appointment and Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2026, on the Special PERA Pay Package (SPPP). Appointments will initially be for a period of three (03) years, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Terms & Conditions

• Contract Duration: Positions are purely contractual, initially for 3 years, extendable subject to performance evaluation.
• Pay Package: Appointments will be made on the Special PERA Pay Package (SPPP) (lump sum, negotiable).
• Previous Applicants: Candidates who already applied against the positions in response to earlier advertisements dated 29.06.2026 and 06.07.2026 (IPL Nos. 6630 and 6637) do not need to apply again; their previous online applications will be considered.
• Government Employees: Applicants currently serving in Government departments/organizations must apply through the proper channel and present a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
• Shortlisting & Screening: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be called for tests/interviews. No TA/DA will be provided.
• Verification: Provisional/conditional offer letters will be subject to complete verification of academic credentials, experience certificates, NOC, and antecedents.
• Authority Rights: The Appointing Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel/annul the recruitment process in whole or part at any stage.
• Disqualification: Submission of false or bogus documents or canvassing in any form will result in immediate candidate disqualification.
