Job Summary
Physical Security Officers (PSO’s) can expect to be working in demanding and fast-paced environments. PSOs may find themselves working in a wide range of areas, including medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues, and public events. The PSO's mission is to protect all assigned people, information, and property, while delivering high-end customer service. PSOs represent the front line of our security services.
Compensation
Compensation: $19 hourly

Job Duties / Essential Functions
- Delivering high end customer service
- Responding to emergencies
- Deterring and preventing crime
- Performing ingress/ egress control procedures
- Investigating incidents
- Completing daily logs and incident reports
- Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols
- Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers
- De-escalating conflicts
- Detaining suspects
- Monitoring CCTV cameras
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Skills / Qualifications
- Current and valid DL
- High school diploma or GED
- (1) year experience in security recommended
- Must be able to pass drug screen
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient time management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent de-escalation skills
- Extensive use of force knowledge
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Ability to work under stress / pressure

Additional Information
As a per diem officer, you will work on an as-needed basis. Per diem officers are required to work a minimum of 16 hours per month
