Per Diem Ultra Sound Technologist -Maternal Fetal Medicine
Position Summary
Performs imaging procedures. Provides patient services using ultrasound modalities.
Education, Training, Experience, Certification And Licensure
- Satisfactory completion of formal imaging training in an AMA approved school
- Mets requirements for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist, American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, and/or New York State Department of Health Licensure
- Participates in orientation and continuing education
- Maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise
- Completes population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and service
Special Equipment, Skills Or Other Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical and/or electrical dexterity and ability
Work Environment And Hazards
Clinical setting. Exposure Class I.
Physical Demands
Medium work: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
Pay Range
$55.00
Exempt Positions
Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
