Per Diem RN - Nights - Medsurg - SPH - 3 MCA

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of each patient where assigned.
• Plan the nursing care needed, including spiritual, emotional, and physiological needs.
• See that the plan of care is carried out through performance and/or leadership of supervised personnel.
• Evaluate the plan of care.
• Modify and deliver care specific to the age, growth, and development of patients according to the unit scope of services.

What You Will Need

• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
• The ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
• The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• One year of RN acute experience is preferred.

Pay

Pay Range: $41.00 - $53.10

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
