Per Diem RN - Flexible Shifts

Position: Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU Location: Hampton Roads area Shift Options: Day (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and Night (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Role Overview: Provide high-quality nursing care in acute hospital settings, including patient assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Responsibilities include managing cardiac rhythms, documenting patient responses, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection-control standards. The role offers flexibility to choose shifts, with options for daily or weekly pay, and mobile scheduling support. Qualifications Active Virginia RN licenseMinimum 2 years recent PCU experience within the past 4 yearsCurrent BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)Current QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within past 12 monthsCOVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption Skills & Attributes: Strong assessment and monitoring skills, ability to respond promptly to patient changes, effective communication, and adaptability to various hospital environments.
