Per Diem RN - Flexible Shifts

We are seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses to work flexible, per diem hospital shifts in the Hampton Roads area. Key responsibilities include Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditionsMonitoring cardiac rhythms and patient statusAdministering medications and IV therapiesCollaborating with physicians and care teamsMaintaining accurate electronic medical recordsFollowing infection-control and safety standardsEducating patients and families about care plansAdapting to various hospital units and environments Qualifications include an active Virginia RN license, at least 2 years of recent PCU experience, and current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications. Additional credentials such as QuantiFERON-TB Gold test and COVID-19 vaccination or exemptions are required. Skills involve excellent patient assessment, critical thinking, adaptability, and effective communication.
