Per Diem RN

Position: RN at the Center for Cardiac Health (Per Diem) with responsibilities across multiple locations. Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families, communicate changes in patient conditions, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Qualifications: Active Illinois RN license, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, ACLS and BLS certifications, and at least 2+ years of cardiac nursing experience. Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centered care in a cardiac setting.
