About the role

Provide direct nursing care within various clinical specialties, serving as a role model to promote a positive work environment and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with tests and procedures.
• Administer medications.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Answer calls and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Participate in orientation and precept new staff.
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
• Follow safety protocols and report concerns.
• Promote patient participation in care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• RN licensure in NM or reciprocal.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• Preferred additional certifications include PALS, TNCC, or ENPC.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical ability to perform heavy work and adhere to safety protocols.
