About the role

Setting standards and changing lives as a Registered Dietitian at NewYork-Presbyterian means moving beyond diet into preventative and community care. You’ll employ a consultant-like approach alongside state-of-the-art technology to support clinically diverse cases as a respected, participating member of the multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Function as part of the healthcare team to provide quality patient care in an acute care setting
• Collaborate with dynamic colleagues and serve a diverse in-patient population
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the study of nutrition and its relationship to various diseases

Requirements

• BS degree in Dietetics or Food and Nutrition
• Registered Dietitian credential
• CDN acquired within 6 months of hire

Preferred Criteria

• Acute care experience

Pay

$68.25 per hour

All roles require on-site presence; employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP Hudson Valley Hospital. NYP does not reimburse for travel expenses.
