Per Diem Radiology Technologist Opportunities

About the role

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist or Sonographer to perform diagnostic procedures such as X-ray, CT, MRI, or ultrasound in a professional and ethical manner.

Responsibilities

• Execute diagnostic radiologic procedures across various modalities based on physician orders
• Maintain current licensure and registration with relevant authorities
• Provide compassionate patient care and effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff
• Adapt quickly to stressful situations to deliver efficient, high-quality care
• Operate ultrasound, radiographic, CT, or MRI equipment confidently

Qualifications

• Licensure by the NYS Department of Health and registration with the ARRT
• Experience in CT or MRI required for technologists
• Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers for sonographers
• Sensitivity, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in diverse situations
• Quick thinking and adaptability to ensure optimal patient outcomes
