All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members' annual fee. We successfully opened our flagship Institute in New York in 2022, expanded to South Florida in 2024, and will be launching our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening mammography exams by positioning breasts, adjusting compression mechanisms, instructing patients, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Obtain and review medical histories, discuss concerns, and answer questions related to the procedure.
• Analyze images to assess quality, identify abnormalities, and make necessary adjustments for optimal imaging.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate interpretations and deliver thorough reports.
• Practice ALARA principles and apply radiation protection to minimize exposure to patients, self, and others.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and healthcare standards.
• Perform daily quality control on mammography equipment, maintain QC logs, and troubleshoot equipment issues, reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the procedure room and equipment, following infection control protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in mammography techniques and equipment.
• Perform other technical duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved radiologic technology program; Vocational or Technical School Diploma preferred.
• Current ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) registration in good standing; preferred ARRT certification in Bone Densitometry (BD).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• 2+ years of dedicated experience as a Technologist in Mammography and DEXA.
• Compassionate and effective communicator with strong tact, diplomacy, and a commitment to a collegial work environment.
• Adaptability to tackle challenges in a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment.
• For California practice: Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certificate in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology and valid California Mammography Technologist Certificate.
• Maintain 24 Category A CE credits every two years, including at least 15 credits specifically in Mammography (as required by MQSA/RHB).
• Obsession with detail, image quality, and a drive to meet the highest clinical standards in a boutique, "member-first" setting.

$70–82/hour

Potential for weekend availability as we scale the West Coast region.
