Weekends: Day Shift- if day shift is complete, it would be every 3rd weekend. Holiday: 2 minor holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day) and 1 major holiday (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years Day). Float reqs: All techs are cross trained on nightshift for the rare occasion that night shift needs covered. Education: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
