Per Diem Physician - Emergency Medicine

About the role

Lincoln Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital and proud member of MaineHealth, is seeking a per-diem Emergency Medicine physician to join their hard-working, cohesive team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to the coastal community of Lincoln County, Maine, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Work in a team of 11 board-certified emergency medicine physicians.

Requirements

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialty, or equivalent.
• Licenses/Certifications: Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine. Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and privileges at designated hospital locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency medicine is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
