Per Diem Physician Assistant specializing in Interventional Cardiology, providing patient care within a multidisciplinary cardiac team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre/post-op evaluations for cardiac cath lab and electrophysiology
- Perform inpatient consults and follow-ups, including device interrogation and telehealth assessments
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in interventional cardiology settings
- Collaborate with a team of specialists
- Ensure compliance with certification standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies
- NYS PA Licensure and current NCCPA Certification
- ACLS/BLS and NYS Infection Control certifications
- DEA Certification with NYS Opioid Prescriber training compliance
- Preferred: Cath lab or EP lab experience
