Per Diem Physical Therapist I - Physical Therapy IP Orange- Day Shift
The University of California, Irvine (UCI) seeks a Physical Therapist II to provide a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. Essential functions include working with patients of all ages, managing a caseload, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat patients using various therapeutic interventions
- Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy License in California
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a licensed physical therapist
- CCS paneling/approval within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clinics and other campus offices as needed
- Maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in computer software relevant to physical therapy practice
