About the role
This is a full-time Physical Therapist position responsible for evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Design evidence-based care plans to restore function, reduce pain, and promote long-term wellness
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document care in EMR
- Educate patients and families on home programs
Qualifications and Skills
- Compassionate and knowledgeable in physiotherapy
- Able to work effectively with diverse patient populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
