Position Summary

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions in an acute care setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support recovery and promote independence
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
• AHA BLS certification required

Pay

The pay range listed for this position is $54.63 - $57.91. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
