Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients according to experience and standard practice, prioritizing service excellence.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide positive communication and education to patients and families.
- Engage in professional development through educational programs.
- Participate in student education initiatives.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills to deliver age-appropriate care, assessing patient data and addressing individual needs across the lifespan.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy; experience preferred, new graduates welcome.
- Valid licensure to practice in Connecticut.
- Entry-level clinical skills in evaluation and treatment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Physical Demands
Work environment includes noise, odors, and crowded spaces, with moderate physical effort and prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed.
