Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team, delivering compassionate care at Assisted Living Facilities located in Bedford, NH. This is your chance to empower the geriatric and senior population to regain strength, mobility, and independence while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. As a Physical Therapist, you will: Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairmentsDevelop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall functionDeliver care at one or more assisted living locations, providing meaningful services to a diverse group of seniorsProvide care with a high level of independence in assisted living communities, while always supported by the broader Engage team for guidance and resourcesEducate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining functional independence and a better quality of lifeDocument patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMREnhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops Why Join Engage?
