The Nuvem Rx Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient‑centric pharmacist to provide per‑diem coverage and operational support for a pharmacy located within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Nacogdoches, Texas. This role offers a retail‑pharmacy setting with a potential Monday‑through‑Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and education to patients on their medications.
• Engage with clinic providers and their clinical staff, delivering drug‑related education and participating in clinical meetings as a member of the patient‑care team.
• Manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, as applicable.
• Identify and address knowledge gaps through education and training.
• Oversee pharmacy operational management and oversight, including:
  • Patient safety
  • Professional practice and regulatory requirements
  • Quality assurance
  • Customer service
  • Personnel management
  • Inventory management
  • Financial profitability
  • Loss prevention
  • Workflow management
• Stay current with HIPAA and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse credentialing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to local facility policies.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed pharmacist in Texas who is compassionate, patient‑centric, and capable of managing pharmacy operations, staff, and collaborative relationships with health‑center clinicians.
