Our patient administrative team plays a critical role in creating exceptional experiences and keeping our clinics running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a warm, professional experience from the moment patients start through their trajectory at Keta Medical Center.
• Manage check-in/check-out, payments, scheduling, and patient communications.
• Answer calls and respond to patient questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate closely with clinicians, billing, marketing and other teams.
• Maintain accurate patient information and records while following HIPAA requirements.
• Support insurance and billing-related administrative tasks.
• Identify problems, take initiative, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
• Learn and use healthcare technology, EMR, scheduling, and CRM systems.

Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome candidates from healthcare, hospitality, education, customer service, and other people-focused backgrounds.

Schedule

• Evenings: 5PM - 9PM
• Weekends: 8:45 AM–8:45 PM

Per diem scheduling makes this an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking for meaningful part-time work.

Pay

$40–$45/hour

Travel reimbursement may be available for assignments at distant Keta locations when required.
