Per Diem Nurse - LPN
Job Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care, including on-going assessment, pain management, and symptom control in line with the plan of care established for the patient.
- Notifies the Nursing Care Coordinator of any significant change in the patient’s condition or any changes necessitating physician notification and documents all care provided, including clinical observations and interventions.

Requirements
- Current Massachusetts LPN License in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community health, oncology nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working independently in a one-on-one setting with patients.

Pay
This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the range.
Schedule
The purpose of this position is to cover open shifts when our regular staff are out on leave or vacation. There is not a specific shift to cover. Shifts are flexible.
