RN/LPN - Per Diem

We are currently seeking a part-time RN to join our Nursing team! Flexible hours and days are available; just ask and we are happy to discuss with you! Silverstone Living is a non-profit organization supporting Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua, At Home by Hunt and Webster at Rye.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient health problems
• Administering nursing care to ill, disabled, convalescent, or injured patients
• Maintaining vital medical records
• Implementing nursing care plans
• Advising patients on health maintenance
• Providing guidance about preventative services, such as health screenings and medications
• Overseeing entire operations of healthcare units, including resident rooms, common areas and dining areas, while overseeing the nursing care of patients in her/his care
• Assigning duties, delegating responsibilities, and coordinating patient care according to the abilities of nursing department staff
• Assuming responsibilities for execution of the doctor's orders
• Administering medications as prescribed by physician and performing treatments as prescribed and necessary
