As a Per-Diem MRI Technologist, you will support the Radiology team at our Basking Ridge, NJ location (136 Mountainview Blvd). In this per diem role, you will perform advanced MRI imaging procedures with precision and compassion, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and diagnostic quality. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Magnetic Resonance (M.R.) imaging procedures that require independent judgment and ingenuity within an outpatient center.
• Under the administrative direction of the Manager and under the clinical guidance of the Radiologist, perform a variety of MRI procedures while applying technical ability independently.
• Perform all examinations accurately, completely and efficiently, checking technical quality, and submit completed exams for physician review.
• Lead all aspects of the exam procedures to improve exam efficiency while meeting patient needs.
• Prepare accurate records and enter required data into information management system.
• Maintain a neat, clean, safe environment, and perform quality control tests as assigned.
• Treat those individuals (e.g., patient/family, client, center employee) who depend on the quality, accuracy and timeliness of the work as unique individuals in a respectful, courteous manner, and focus on understanding and meeting their needs.
• Work collaboratively with others to accomplish departmental and organizational goals.
• Report to the Assistant Manager, Regional Radiology.

Requirements

• Degree from a 2‑year AMA‑approved Radiology school or a 1‑year MRI technologist program.
• New Jersey State license in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registration (MRI) (R).
• MRI certification (MR).

Pay

Per‑diem rate: $80 per hour. (Pay range noted as $18.00 – $170.00.)

Two Saturdays a month and weekdays as needed.
