Per Diem Medical Assistant

Location: Sandy, UT Schedule: Per Diem (As Needed) | Availability Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Overview Everleap Fertility is seeking a flexible and patient-focused Per Diem Medical Assistant to join our growing clinical team in Sandy, Utah. This position offers the opportunity to pick up shifts as needed while supporting exceptional patient care in a specialized outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and enjoys working closely with patients and providers in a collaborative environment. Essential Responsibilities Prepare patients for appointments, exams, and procedures while ensuring a positive patient experienceObtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient informationAssist providers with examinations, treatments, and clinical proceduresProvide patient education and reinforce care instructions as directed by providersSupport clinic workflow by coordinating patient care activities and maintaining efficient patient flowPerform phlebotomy and specimen collection according to established protocolsAccurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms and clinical areasMaintain clinical supplies and assist with inventory managementAdhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferredPrevious experience in an outpatient clinic, medical office, or specialty practice preferredPhlebotomy experience required or strongly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applicationsAbility to multitask and adapt to changing clinic needsWomen's health, fertility, or OB/GYN experience is a plus Ideal Candidate Compassionate and patient-centeredOrganized with strong attention to detailDependable and flexible with scheduling needsComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamCommitted to providing outstanding patient care and customer service Schedule Requirements Per diem position with shifts available as neededMust be available to work within clinic operating hours:Monday-Sunday7:00 AM-5:00 PM Join a supportive team where you can utilize your clinical skills, contribute to patient care, and enjoy the flexibility of a per diem schedule.
