About the role
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care within the LPN scope
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collecting and documenting patient information
- Providing wound care and patient education
- Monitoring patient conditions
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Coordinating care with healthcare professionals
- Additional duties may be assigned based on facility needs
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- At least 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD testing
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations
