About the role
Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice in various healthcare facilities throughout Hampton Roads. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with activities of daily living. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and adjust duties based on facility needs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test within the last year
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation
Pay
Competitive pay: $37‑$39 per hour. Weekly and same/next‑day pay options available.
Schedule
Per diem role with flexible scheduling.
