Per Diem LPN/RN

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. Responsibilities include: assessing, communicating, and documenting residents’ health status; reporting significant changes to appropriate personnel; supervising and mentoring Resident Care Assistants; coordinating care with community providers; balancing service with resident independence; and responding to emergencies. Qualifications: current state license as an LPN, CPR certification, graduation from an approved LPN program, and preferred 1-2 years of nursing experience, especially with the elderly.
