Job Summary
Securitas is hiring a Per Diem Healthcare Security Officer in Saint Albans, Vermont. The position offers a starting pay of $21.22/hr with flexible weekday availability. Growth opportunities are available, and strong customer service skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard people, property, and assets
- Monitor premises for suspicious activity
- Enforce rules and regulations
- Provide a visible security presence
- Respond to incidents or emergencies
- Work closely with patients and hospital staff
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a Vermont Guard Card (Security Guard license)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Excellent observational and de-escalation skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communicator
