Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Casual Employee)

About the role
This is a per diem, hourly clinician role considered casual employment with 8-23 patient care hours per week. The role involves seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role). You will treat patients in-office as well as conduct occasional telehealth visits, collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams, and utilize your clinical training for in-office procedures.

Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
- 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in MA, obtained by your One Medical start date

Pay
The hourly rate for this role is $84.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specified qualifications and requirements.
