Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Casual Employee)

About the role
This is a per diem, hourly clinician role considered casual employment with 8-23 patient care hours per week.
- Seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
- Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional telehealth visits
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
- 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date

Pay
The hourly rate for this role is $96.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be available for candidates exceeding specified qualifications.

This is an hourly role across multiple office locations in San Francisco, CA, with 8-23 patient care hours per week.
