About the role
This is a casual/per diem, hourly clinician role seeing patients at one or more One Medical clinic locations in Chicago, IL (Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, The Loop, Fulton Market, and River North). The role involves 8–23 patient care hours per week.
- Seeing patients with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
- Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Requirements
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Illinois
- Board certification
- Ability to build successful relationships and communicate effectively with team members and patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on data-driven patient outcomes

Pay
The hourly range for this role is $67 per hour on a W2 basis.
