About the Role

Provides patient care in collaboration with physicians, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for both new and established patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients, establish presumptive diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
  • Order, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies within scope.
  • Perform procedures within licensed practice.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and staff via various channels.
  • Provide patient education, advocate for safe and ethical care, and address health concerns.
  • Document clinical findings accurately and adhere to policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor patient safety, report significant risks, and adjust treatments as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies preferred.
  • Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnostics, and medication management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to perform procedures within scope of practice.
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and continuous learning.
