Per Diem Crisis Recovery Specialist 3rd Shift

About the role

The Crisis Recovery Specialist will provide support to individuals living with chronic mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a recovery-based trauma sensitive residential facility. The role includes supporting therapeutic programming, sharing meals with clients, facilitating medication compliance, and building strong, meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and reasoning skills
• Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly
• Ability to develop a nurturing relationship with clients
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont

Requirements

• Must be able to work 3rd shift from 10:45pm-7:15am
