Per diem Biomechanist

About the role

This is an advanced level position providing clinical management and technological oversight of the movement/research lab. Responsibilities include assisting in the acquisition, development, implementation, maintenance, and quality assurance of technologies used as clinical or research tools of motion analysis (kinematic, kinetic, surface electromyography (SEMG) and metabolic); report generation; and participation in pediatric motion research. This position requires a significant level of independent decision making, accuracy, and teamwork. This position works closely with the PT Manager, Medical Director and Therapy Director to develop strategic priorities and vision for the lab.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomechanics or Kinesiology
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience including motion analysis research

Pay

$42.64 - $61.37 USD
