About the role
As a Pepsi Warehouse Loader in Missoula, MT, you’ll build safe, accurate pallets and load driver trucks in exact route-stop order. You’ll work as part of a tight-knit, high-energy night team to keep the warehouse running like clockwork.
Responsibilities
- Build safe, accurate pallets using electric pallet jacks and ride-on equipment
- Scan-pick and load driver trucks in exact route-stop order
- Rotate stock and keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Work fast, safe, and together to hit nightly goals
Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift and stack cases up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
- Reliable, positive, team-first attitude
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- No experience needed — full training provided
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must regularly lift and/or move unaided up to 60 pounds and exert force of up to 100 pounds with the aid of a manual lifting device
- Specific vision abilities required include distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work Environment
- Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles
- Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, explosives, and vibration
- Noise level in the work environment is usually loud
