About the role

As a Pepsi Warehouse Loader in Missoula, MT, you’ll build safe, accurate pallets and load driver trucks in exact route-stop order. You’ll work as part of a tight-knit, high-energy night team to keep the warehouse running like clockwork.

Responsibilities

• Build safe, accurate pallets using electric pallet jacks and ride-on equipment
• Scan-pick and load driver trucks in exact route-stop order
• Rotate stock and keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Work fast, safe, and together to hit nightly goals

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift and stack cases up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
• Reliable, positive, team-first attitude
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• No experience needed — full training provided

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Must regularly lift and/or move unaided up to 60 pounds and exert force of up to 100 pounds with the aid of a manual lifting device
• Specific vision abilities required include distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Work Environment

• Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles
• Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, explosives, and vibration
• Noise level in the work environment is usually loud
