PEPI: Senior Director, Operations & Manufacturing (OPEN TO ALL U.S. LOCATIONS)

Responsibilities
- Lead multifaceted manufacturing and supply chain engagements to evaluate, identify, and implement operational and financial performance improvements.
- Evaluate and implement manufacturing 4-wall performance improvement strategies, factory footprint optimization, make vs. buy strategies, pre-acquisition operations due diligence, and other initiatives.
- Drive business growth by delivering best-in-class client engagements and results, leveraging senior relationships, and collaborating with the global A&M PEPI team and other service lines.
- Advising private equity firms to ensure their portfolio companies have credible performance improvement programs and the capability to execute and deliver the required financial results across various industry sectors.
Requirements
- Previous advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm, leading specialist, niche advisory firm, or Big-4 consultancy, with a minimum of 15 years of successful track record.
- Blend of manufacturing operational and commercial skills, preferably with networks across the Private Equity community.
- Effective communication skills to engage with leadership teams, both Private Equity and Portfolio company, in high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Experience in leading teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving results around executable solutions.
- Integrity-driven, able to build confidence and lead by example.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.

Benefits
The Senior Director role offers a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M also provides a discretionary bonus program and a 401(k)-retirement plan. Employees are eligible for full-time positions, part-time positions over 30 hours, and a variety of benefits including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, as well as parental leave.
Pay
$175,000 - $250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
Schedule
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are entitled to participate in A&M’s fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, as well as a 401(k)-retirement plan. Employees are also eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
