About the role

A&M is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals in 40+ countries. We focus on helping private equity firms improve operating results at their portfolio companies through structured and disciplined approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multifaceted manufacturing and supply chain engagements to evaluate, identify, and implement operational and financial performance improvements.
  • Assist private equity firms in ensuring their portfolio companies have credible performance improvement programs and the capability to execute financial results.
  • Drive business growth by delivering best-in-class client engagements and results, leveraging senior relationships, and collaborating with the global A&M PEPI team and other service lines.

Requirements

  • Previous advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm, leading specialist, niche advisory firm, or Big-4 consultancy with a minimum of 15 years of successful track record.
  • Blend of manufacturing operational and commercial skills, preferably with networks across the Private Equity community.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with leadership teams, both Private Equity and Portfolio company, in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Experience in leading teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving results around executable solutions.
  • Driven by values and integrity, with the ability to build confidence and lead by example.
  • Regular travel, up to 80%.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits

The salary range is $175,000--$250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.

Schedule

Full-time positions and part-time positions are offered. Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are entitled to participate in A&M's fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, as well as a 401(k)-retirement plan. Employees are also eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part-time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
